Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for inventory management
• Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery
• Analyze sales data and customer behavior to drive revenue growth
• Monitor and improve Net Promoter Score (NPS) and customer satisfaction
• Manage customer reviews, ratings, and return/refund processes
• Manage marketplace relationships with Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho
• Develop and implement category growth strategies
